One or two-room carpeted suites with private baths

• The cost:

• One room suite - $1660.00 per month
• Large two room suite - $1905.00 per month

• Small two room suite - $1835.00 per month

We are licensed as an Adult Care Facility by the Ohio Dept. of Health*
An "Initial Assessment" is required by The Blackburn Home house physician, Denise Bobovnyik, M.D., before admission to determine eligibility status.

Blackburn Home accepts donations for the "Designated Care Fund for Residents" for extraordinary needs of our residents.
